We spruced up the guest bedroom first. Then we fixed up our son's bedroom when he graduated from the nursery
First order of business was to remove the paneling. Under that was a very thin layer of insulation, and furring strips. (08/12/2019)
With the furring strips removed, there was a TON of sheetrock work to fix up the old walls.(08/19/2019)
We also had to patch up access holes when we ran new electrical(08/19/2019)
We had to replace a section of drywall due to water damage from the previous aluminum windows. I was expecting a TON of mold, but it wasnt bad at all. Still, we had to open up the wall to make sure.(08/19/2019)
